		<description>lol, yeah.  That&#039;s where I read about it too.  It&#039;s pretty rediculous, overall... I think this Act is just about video analog-to-digital conversion, but if it&#039;s about any analog-to-digital converting, that rules out all computer soundcards as well as theater sound mixing boards.  I used to get into arguments with one of my high school&#039;s janitors about the merits of digital vs. analog mixing boards, but at the end of the day, we still had a digital one, and I would definitely be upset if &lt;EM&gt;that&lt;/EM&gt; was illegal!</description>
