I like the tweaks. I have always thought litebox was nice. I haven’t looked at your source, but my only concern is that I’m assuming you are using the “width” parameter in either the html or css to resize the image with the browser (instead of actually having different size thumbnails), and I know some browsers suck ass at resizing images on the fly. I remember having problems and finding that some browsers *cough IE* will just take like every other pixel to make an image half as small instead of truely resampling the image. Looks good in Safari though!
