Jeni and I almost got our new house today:

If only the landlord hadn’t accidentally given out her only key for our house to the previous people she talked to…

Also, fyi, it is snowing.  Finally.  People here are freaking out… this is apparently even more traumatic than the light mist we had in Santa Clara last July.
